I have a complaint that I am sure others think of. It's the fact that big companies can't guarantee/warranty their products for beyond 1 year. I was offered to purchase up to a 5 year plan for a warranty.
I was told by a professional in the field that appliances such as this are made to last 7-8 years, so there goes that "5 year" warranty.
I truly feel the warrant should be the companies responsibility first. Why can't they back their product?
