Major design flaw

Beware that doors don’t seal shut …shut the refrigerator and the freezer door bounces open. Have lost much food due to this happening … must double check each time you open and shut either door .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not unusual on a two-door refrigerator for one door to pop open when the other door is being closed. Air channels connect the refrigerator and freezer sections to allow air to pass between them. Slamming or vigorously pushing a door shut forces air from one cavity into the other, often pushing the second door open. Nice looking

The freezer setting suggested by manufacturer works great, but the setting for refrigerator does not keep it at 40 degrees as recommended by FDA. I put a thermometer in refrigerator and after increasing to highest setting of 5, it was at 44 degrees. I moved the top shelf to near mid position to allow better airflow and now it is set to setting 4 and maintains a temperature between 36-40 degrees. Happy with it now, but had to figure out how to make it work for me.
