About what you would expect

When shopping for a garage refrigerator, my wife and I needed something that could handle the temperature extremes we experience here in the desert southwest. This model interested us because it will supposedly perform at ambient temperatures of 38º-110ºF. However, we haven't yet had triple digits this year, so I cannot speak to the validity of this claim. Otherwise, the unit seems about right for its price point. Once it was in place and plugged in, both the fridge and the freezer reached the set temperatures within a couple of hours. It has no bells or whistles; the shelves, drawers, and door storage are okay, and seem to function fine. If you are expecting spill-proof shelves, you will be disappointed. Also, it isn't the quietest fridge; that said, I've definitely heard noisier ones. This refrigerator was obviously designed to be an auxiliary unit and placed in your garage, not the main refrigerator for your kitchen. If that is your expectation, you will probably be satisfied with this purchase.

Generous space, sturdy parts

Our first arrived dented and the installer did not bother to balance the door, assuming a replacement would arrive soon. Four months later it's here and we are delighted. Door perfectly balanced even heavily loaded. Getting old so we don't like having to bend so far, but there was no option of a smaller freezer space above. Shelves sturdy & easy to clean; easy to move if wanted. Don't really like that it's a steel front on a black case: the two-tone effect is rather '30s golf shoe; but immaterial to purpose. We learned not to put the top shelf too high: stuff near the blower froze, and setting anything at the front blocked the light, darkening lower shelves. Hoping it's our last fridge for a LONG time! Very pleased so far. Though the bits of plastic sheeting between body and handles are truly annoying and hard to tweeze out!

Good Interior Lighting

Installed a day or so ago, so this review is based on first impression. There are a lot of door storage space/shelves. Location for eggs, however, appears too short to accommodate egg carton for a dozen eggs. Freezer has no light, but light in refrigerator is bright.

Refrigerator makes noise, My 35 year Old was not this load !Operater Manuel states that it's normal. Noisy !

Rattled when plugged in. Repairman had to fix.

Repairman installed five zip ties in freezer to stop the fan from knocking. Not sure if a screw was missing or it needs to be fixed with engineering. Drove my Tennant nuts for a week. She also misses a light in the freezer.
