Refrigerator is spacious but lost storage on door due to ice on door. Not quite as deep as the GE Profile French door that it replaced but still plenty of space. Overall its great and Fits perfectly in the area available.

Hope this one lasts more than 2 months

3rd fridge in two years , this replaces the last one after the compressor went in 2 months ! Took months of not having refrigerator for GE to final replace , nightmare for two years. So far so good on the new fridge , although it made a lot of noise till it with was filled up , not worth the price IMO.

From the outside refrigerator looks nice but performs poorly. Took days to cool down when new and recovers very slow when doors are opened.

Ice dispenser is bane of my good life.

Not life threatening, but if I could throw this whole unit through the window I would. If only I was strong enough and my kitchen was up in a high rise, then I would have some satisfaction from a dramatic explosion when it hits the ground. That drama would match what I gave daily trying to get ice. No ice, no ice, no ice, whirring… explosion of ice all over floor. Or… no ice, no ice, no ice. Open unit, empty and inflight from lame mechanism, replace unit, explosion of ice all over the floor. Out the window with you!!!

Hello- We appreciate you taking the time to send us your review. We apologize that your icemaker is causing frustration and hope that we can help. If the dispenser on your refrigerator is not dispensing ice, this could be due to clumping ice cubes. If this is the case, the ice cubes in your icemaker may be clumping for a couple of reasons: Low Food Load:
The defrost cycle radiates some heat into the freezer. The ice in the freezer will naturally absorb the heat. This will cause the ice to melt slightly during the defrost cycle and may cause the ice to freeze together in clumps. Increasing the food load in the freezer will buffer the warmth from the defrost cycle and keep the ice from melting. Make sure the freezer is at least 3/4 full of food.
Lack Of Use:
When the ice bin is full, the pressure from the weight of the cubes can cause the bottom cubes to fuse and clump. To prevent this from happening, discard the clumped ice and check the bin periodically to ensure the ice is not building up. If you do not use a large amount of ice, you may turn off the icemaker and stop ice production to prevent this as well.

Product is extremely noisy, do not buy it. GE will tell you that the product is running. as designated it is working as designed! What this means to you, you can hear the frig from any room that is connected to your kitchen. Seriously it sounds like it is always in defrost. We have to leave our bedroom TV turned on all night so that we don't hear it. GE has you pay all this money and they know they are selling you a product that is LOUD. Yes, that LOUD. The repair man has been out her more than a dozen times. Run to Whirpool....

Problems after 4 Months

The refrigerator was great at first, but the inside with smaller compared to other counter depths. There is no temperature display. Four months in we have cooling problems. A technician has come out 2 times so far. They replaced a board. One week later we are still having cooling problems. The service company is scheduled to come out this week to look again. You don't know there is a cooling problem until the food starts to show signs (like food in freezer thawing or condensation inside refrigerator) of problems because there is no way to read the temperature. I've added a thermometer. I wish I could just get the refrigerator replaced but was told they have to come out numerous time until they will replace the defective product. It should have issues this soon after purchase.
