Two failures in three years

We bought this unit about three years ago and since then the main circulation fan has needed to be replaced and now the LED control panel is starting to fail.
Very disappointed given the cost of this unit. I would not recommend.

Worst Purchase EVER

I can not recommend this refrigerator any less!! It’s horrible! It will randomly freeze 1/2 of the contents of my fridge at any given time as if there was a surge in temperature. Today I had frozen glass jar of pickles, olives a brick of cream cheese, a full container of sour cream, and ALL of my produce! ( fresh picked lettuce from the garden, peppers, cucumbers, carrots and onion!! It’s infuriating as that was a ton of money o lost ONCE AGAIN!! Do NOT PURCHASE THIS REFRIGERATOR

Great Fridge but a bit noisy

We just had the fridge installed this week and it’s a great fridge. The only negative is that it has a constant humming sound that is rather loud. Does anyone know if there is anything we can do to fix this?

Too many little issues; already makes the annoying squealing bearing noise. Freezes everything; repair folks throw parts at it, gasket around the freezer in the door leaked the first day (you can see the frosty plume trail icing up).
Did I mention it freezes every thing.
I have the counter depth model stainless. Did I mention the water dispenser over fills so it’s like not reliable; can’t open the right door without it stopping and the ice dispensers capacity is just not enough; but I’m pretty confident you can add an ice maker.
My first time with the ice maker on bottom; always had side by side. Freezer was fine.
Oh, yeah and the shelf is cracked already from too much weight. Be ultra Careful with that shelf that moves it can’t hold any weight.

Third Strike Piece of Junk

Though seemingly nicely featured, the GE French Door Cabinet Depth Refrigerator line CONTINUES to be JUNK. Prior to the first disastrous malfunction, our first made it only 3 years, the second only two ... and this latest one LESS THAN ONE DAY! The second ice maker failed to shut off after filing, making the freezer compartment into an overflowing "bathtub" WHICH FLOODED OUR KITCHEN ... and we were fortunate to discover this before flooding the den and adjoining bedroom.
DO. NOT. BUY. ANY. GE. APPLIANCE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer broke after 1 month.

After I called GE to get a technician out to fix my brand new fridge I had to wait 3 weeks for an appt. My freezer broke after 1 month. The ice buildup is immense and I can’t use it. Lost everything that was in there. Don’t buy! GE a mess to deal with to fix which is like putting salt on an open wound.

Noise Issue

It's been installed for 3 days now. Didn't notice anything unusual on day 1, but on waking up and heading into the kitchen we clearly noticed a rather loud hum/whining noise coming from the fridge. It has persisted ever since. Either something is wrong and it needs fixing or this is the true operating noise and it will be returned.
Shame really as otherwise it is a top-notch fridge, but when I can hear it from the other room, something is not right!
