The freezer has been off and on icing over making the drawer impossible to open and every time I open the door with the ice maker water drop out everywhere

I purchased four (4) GE appliances for my kitchen early this month. Everyone in the house truly loves the GE profile Fridge, mod. #PYE22PSKBss, with K-cup. I love it also, However, I made the purchase decision based on the GE customer support, they are truly the very best in the world. Thank You again GE customer support. Bill
