GE’s failure of design

I think we have had 6 service calls on it, and between GE and the company we bought it from, they have put more warranty dollars into this piece of junk that what we originally paid. It has slowly ruining our kitchen flooring from leaking water from the bottom freezer because the drain keeps getting clogged. Poor engineering and poor quality from GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The freezer has been off and on icing over making the drawer impossible to open and every time I open the door with the ice maker water drop out everywhere

this was part of house we purchased new - it looks good, but the layout is awful - it can't hold any food - you can't even put a 12 pack of soda on the shelves - the doors won't close. we haven't figured out any advantage to a Refrig that heats water for coffee- maybe if you have a really small kitchen, but then again if it's that small this refrig won't fit. GE / Haier really needs to go back to the drawing board.

Average at best. Keurig not always functional

The refrigerator itself is pretty narrow when the doors are open. The bottom drawer is the width of the refrigerator so you need to always open both doors to open that drawer. The design isn't that good. I've had this refrigerator 3 weeks and the indoor Keurig has not worked more than it has worked. I was so excited to get it and now I'm very disappointed. I have service coming out next week for this and also my GE microwave because the vent fan speed is not at all variable it's all one speed. Not satisfied with these products.

Rattler

We have had issues with our unit since we moved into our new home. First thing it rattles and vibrates, then the ice and water dispenser on the door stopped working. Service came out and fixed the ice and water issue but it still rattles and rolls forward when you open the freezer. We have lived in our home only 4 months.

We'd love to assist with that rattling noise.
Due to the size of the doors and the strength of the door gaskets, it is possible that the refrigerator could roll or move when one of the doors is opened. Since the wheels or rollers do not lock in place, it may help to place a piece of wood, a small wood wedge or plastic furniture coaster (with felt on the bottom) under the wheels or rollers to prevent rolling. We recommend re-leveling the refrigerator after doing this, if necessary.
Re-leveling the fridge may also resolve any rattling sounds. You may learn how to level the fridge on page 39 of the owner's manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000585-4_LoRes.pdf&_ga.

Ok but the keurig leaks

We bought this and got rid our Keurig because we thought it would save counter space. Now I wish we had our old keurig because the one one on the refrigerator spits out wanted and leaks all over our floor all of the time! It's very annoying. All of the other aspects of the fridge are great but we got the fridge specifically because of the keurig on it and it doesn't work the way it should. Plus it takes forever to heat up and if you don't use the water the second it hits 100% meaning ready it times out on you and you have to start over again and reheat the water.

Love the call ahead feature

I Love that I can call my fridge to turn on the hot water so when I walk in the kitchen the water is ready for my coffee, as long a I don't get side tracked and it has already shut off. Only complaint is the condensation that freezes around the ice maker door makes is hard to open.
