This refrigerator came with newly built home. I prefer top freezer so that I am not
reaching down all the time. You have to be careful that you completely push the
freezer drawer shut. Like the ringing feature when door has been left open too long. not enough door space for larger milk cartons or juice jugs; Shelves are not movable so that means taller items can only go on top shelf. Lots of narrow internal shelves on inside left door. This refrigerator works best for smaller families or 1 or 2 adults.

After having a GE refrigerator for 24 years, it was time to get a new one. Counter depth was a big change but we adjusted quickly to that. However, the plastic trays in the freezer seem very cheap and not easy to slide. That is our biggest disappointment -- the construction of the freezer drawers. The coffee maker attachment is fun and saves me a lot of counter space. The ice maker is VERY noisy when making ice. So, good things and not so good things about this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features - Slate is beautiful

I bought this model a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it. The lighting inside the refrigerator makes it very easy to see what is in the fridge. The keurig is a great feature and very easy to use. The counterdepth is great in my small kitchen. The slate is a beautiful color that goes great with my maple cabinets. I liked this refrigerator so much, that I replaced the rest of my appliances just last week with GE Profile range, microwave, and dishwasher in slate. It really has updated my kitchen to "elegant" There are a lot of features, but very user friendly. Highly recommend.

Fridge with coffee maker?

Just installed yesterday. Very roomy, we like the adjustable shelves. The coffee maker I am having issues connecting to WiFi. Not sure why. But the setup instructions do not make sense because at no time does it ask for my WiFi password which would make sense why it won't connect. And it only brews 10 oz. I thought it would brew a bit more than that since there is continuous flow from water line. And the motor is loud. But it may still be trying to reach its proper temperature. We will see after a couple days.
