GREAT FRIDGE

I BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE 2 MONTHS AGO AND HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT!! NO PROBLEMS, LOVE THE COFFEE MACHINE ATTACHMENT (DOES TAKE ABOUT 2MINS FOR WATER TO HEAT UP), VERY SPACIOIUS!!

Great Fridge...Awful coffee maker

As a fridge this unit work great. As a coffee maker we've had nothing but problems. The Kuerig unit most often spits most of the coffee grounds into our cup. Kuerig unit clogs most of the time and I'm ready to stop using the coffee dispenser...(waste of money).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great purchase. I bought the same refrigerator about 15 months ago. Wanted to get Counter Depth to fit better in space in kitchen. Moved full size to garage as second refrigerator. Would not purchase any other brand of appliances!

Great Fridge and features

So our last home we sold had all brand new GE Cafe appliances from 2015 and in that short time frame before we sold the home everything was amazing with them. So we were spoiled to say the least. We decided to get a new fridge but wanted a newer GE cafe and to our delight I found this model. The Hot water feature by far the most used item outside of normal storage of food is amazingly convenient. The fridge is counter depth so you do lose some space but you gain in aesthetics of the kitchen overall.
So why not 5 stars? The items below are a bother
1. Kuerig insert has to be removed and replaced everytime you use and dispense your cup of joe or water. Wish there was a way to override that but its understood its to prevent laziness of not removing the K-cup after initial use.
2. Freezer top draw is constantly off track not sure what cause it but is a pain. Independent of whats in it or below it.
3. Ice maker not making ice. Ice bucket repeatedly has to be whacked to let the recently made ice from sticking and clumping up near the tray full sensor. A good bump or shack of tray drops the ice down. Also does not hold alot of ice.
4. Fridge bottom tray - the temperature zone changes are good as a reminder system but not sure if it really controls the temp in the draw to the selected temp. Also a bit flimsy.
