Initial 24 hr experience has been very good. The controls were very easy to understand/use, Packaging and assembly of drawer system was easy... start-up operation (fridge/freezer) was fast. Particularly liked the turbo setting to get things chilled quickly. Interior lighting is quite attractive and ample. Love-love-love the Keurig brewing option! Our first counter-depth fridge... we were concerned about losing space but we’re pleasantly surprised. Sadly I do have to raise the overhead cabinet a 1/2” inch to fit completely but that’s my issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Refrig

I replaced a 20 year old side-by-side refrigerator with a French door model and could not be happier. Although the total capacity is less than the old freezer, with the French door model you can store more. I like the large drawer for meats and cheese and the smaller, separate drawers for fruits and vegetables. I did have an issue with the Keurig; there is a spout in the door that crimped when the coffee maker was used and water would drip onto the refrigerator and the floor when the door was opened. It was still under warranty so was fixed. The frig fits nicely and I am really happy with the counter depth model. A regular size frig would have stuck out too much. I am very happy with my purchase.

We have had this fridge 3 months. It has a lot of space, especially in the freezer. Good freezer layout and very quiet except when the ice dumps, but that isn't considered a drawback. The hitch is the meager amount of ice it makes. Only my wife uses ice and it frequently runs out so we occasionally have to buy a bag of ice to make up for the shortfall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig in door a game changer!

This fridge is beautiful inside and out! The lighting, the shelving, and the icemaker all seem very high end. The game changer is the Keurig in the door. Not only is it awesome to always have fresh clean filtered water automatically available anytime...not only is it much much easier to maintain than our countertop Keurig...not only are we able to lie in bed and tap an app to warm up the water...I forgot where I was going because I got too excited. This fridge is awesome! PS, never thought I would like a cabinet depth fridge....WRONG....it's underrated how much better it looks and how much space is freed up in the kitchen...and the space I thought I would miss in the fridge is the stuff in the back top corner you never see until you follow your nose when cleaning out expired items in your fridge.
