The water purification system is awesome. Find myself drinking more water. Layout of refrigerator and freezer is nice. Compressor is extremely noisy. 6 months later seems to be louder. Ice maker does not always seal well and builds up ice around seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stay away from this refrigerator!

I've owned this refrigerator just over 2 years, it isn't making ice and the freezer isn't working. This refrigerator was expensive! The appliance repair said he runs into this way to many times and unfortunately it can't be fixed.

Not Worth the Purchase

We purchased this refrigerator with great expectations; however, we have never had the opportunity to use the special features due to filtration issues. This is the first refrigerator we have purchased with water and ice capabilities of which we have never been able to use even after conducting a service call. The filtration for the water is non- existent. After the repair man drained, replaced filters and hoses for the entire system, we attempted to drink clean water and were sorely disappointed. The water contained bits and pieces of trash once again. Not even 30 minutes after a service call and ever since. We now only use the refrigerator for cooling. Not to mention the innumerable amount of pieces of plastic which fall in the ice maker. We had the refrigerator. It even three years and could not fully enjoy the features which led us to the purchase. Sad to say, this has deterred us from buying another refrigerator with an ice maker or water filter again. We are going back to an old school refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Counter depth and Keurig Brewer awesome!

So glad we bought counter depth - even though you lose some inside space. There is only two of us so is plenty. We have limited counterspace, so opted for the Keurig model to save on space - it works great - love having it connected to water source! Only downside is that it does not make much ice - wished it add the optional additional ice maker feature in bottom, which some did have. Very happy overall.

Can't use the app

The fridge is great except we can't use the app. We have called and they keep telling us the program has to be written. What is the point in having a wifi capable appliance if it doesn't have a problem written for the app

lots of room

We bought this as part of 4 piece set. I love the bright lighting and spaciousness of the refrigerator and freezer (we had a side by side before). IT seems a little loud when it runs (I never noticed my other one running and this one I hear when it does). We did have an issue with the Keurig attachment soon after getting it and needed a service call and replacement of the motor. I hope it lasts now. The color is easy to clean and better than stainless finish. The stainless handles do show fingerprints though.
