no ice no water, 4 weeks to get parts, waited 5 weeks for the refrigerator, worst purchase I ever made

Great fridge

I love the fridge, once I got the keurig dispenser, and was shown how to connect it to my phone. I think it’s great. I only wish it was bigger. But due to the doorway was only 30” a bigger one would not fit.my old fridge was 28 cf. this one is 26 cf. I have less room inside so it’s a relearning how much I can put inside. But all in all I like it and love making coffee from the fridge. My neighbors are jealous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient Coffee Maker

Just installed so will eventually update my review and long term quality but initially a home run. Looks nice, ice maker in the door frees up room in the freezer and the Keurig in the door save counter space. Counter dept so doesn't stick out 4-6 inches, so really happy with my decision.

Good product but

We had the exact same one and the buyers wanted it when we sold our home to them. We decided to buy the same for our new house bc we loved it however after installation I noticed all film all over the refrigerator that was not removed. There was tape all inside, I had to clean and install the door storage bins and they didn’t show us how to use the Kurig (we didn’t have that feature before). So refrig a 5 and installation a 2 because I’m never going to be able to remove all that film ever.... it’s all stuck in there. very disappointed this is how my new refrigerator looks in my new house :(

Overall good product with one issue

Overall this is a good product. I love the way it looks on the inside and outside. Great lighting on the inside and nice shelving and drawer design. I tested the Keurig out once but haven’t really used it since. I only wanted it as a backup to the counter one we already have. This one takes longer to heat than the counter one. Now, for the one issue. The only complaint I have is that this refrigerator is noticeably louder when it’s cooling. When it’s not cooling it doesn’t make a sound. I read reviews about this before but thought that the folks complaining about this were just overly sensitive. I was wrong, and they were right. My old refrigerator, a Maytag side-by-side, didn’t make a peep. I’m not sure if this is just part of newer technology or if it’s just GE. We’ve gotten a little used to it. I’m just hoping it doesn’t get louder as it gets older.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor workmanship

The ice machine in the unit clicks and knocks. It does not turn off. That results in the ice tray getting over filled and jammed.
They have limited warranty service and cannot get us serviced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig Breaks Down Constantly

The fridge itself is nice. However the keurig feature is constantly breaking down. It worked fine for the first year and a half. All of a sudden instead of heating water, when you press heat the machine dispenses water instead and won't stop until you press the button for 3 seconds or it throws an error code. The warranty dept has been out multiple times to fix it (they replaced multiple control panels, valves etc).
Well it just broke down again today and I'll have to call them up again.
