i purchased these as i was in love with my pair that came with my note9- however this pair has good sound for only media audio. this does not work during any type of phone or video calls. i've googled the issue, and chat with samsung with no resolved outcome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Surprisingly incredible sound

absolutely insane sound! got these earbuds in the box with my s20+, never really gave them a look and used my galaxy buds pro for a long time. gave them a try when they died once and never looked back since they sound 100x better. they come to life thanks to that 32bit 384mhz dac in these phones, something samsung will never tell you when trying to sell you the galaxy buds, but the galaxy buds are good too

enjoyed the sound and how the buds fit perfectly in my ears. only had them for a few weeks before my dog chewed them up...no longer in stock but i will purchase again

i have had 3 pairs of this headset in 5 months and all 3 have broken within 1 month of use. all 3 with the same fault. the left earbud stops giving sound.
waste of money!

known issue has a patch to download and still doesn't work. lame customer service. heading to google for my next phone.

they are one of the best I used. Im a heavy user and I use them all time, when I sleep, when I shower, in the bathtub bathroom and everywhere. They are really good.
