Good sound, don't accept close substitute models.

good sound, no noise from the braided cord, like cheaper products can have, get THIS model. A cheaper AKG, very similar design has horrible static on calls/audio listening. Sturdy.... but I killed mine by pulling the connection end while standing on an earpiece. Now I need new ones. The other side still works but sound no longer stereo.

No sidetone / very poor choice for communication

I hope this will be good back-up headset for an occasional conference call, but nope.
This is the first ever USB headset with microphone which does not have sidetone.
Completely useless for communication.

The plastic part close to my earbud start "melting" and become sticky...
Even regular finger nail can "cut" into the medal part when you try to pull if off ear after use.
