Bad decision

The freezer door is open half the time because it opens when anyone shuts the refrigerator door. It opens very slightly, but just enough to cause problems with freezing. Whoever designed this fridge should be fired. We have had it for over a week now and it is simply not worth the aggravation because of this ridiculous problem. I had an ice maker installed which cost additional expense that I am going to lose because of this completely useless refrigerator. Totally disgusted with this product.
