Don't buy this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problems since day 1, and even bigger problems trying to get service arranged for it. 55 minutes on hold just to speak to the company who will then have a serviceman call within 12-24 hrs. The freezer has not maintained correct temperature since I bought it. It now no longer freezes at all and I had to throw out a full freezer worth of food. Waiting for the repairman to come on Jan 13th.

Not even a year!

This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made! At first the freezer sounded like a lawnmower. And then, the fridge stopped working completely. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty but even that’s no good! I haven’t had a fridge in over a week and I have to wait a week to get the parts because the motor stopped. Meanwhile I have NO refrigerator!!!! Stay away from this brand altogether!

Issues reversing doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was filling the instructions to reverse the door opening. I forgot the step when the door stopper at the bottom needed to be removed and the screw was so tight that it won’t break. The screw material is so soft that the head is tripped and I can’t get it out. Not sure what I am supposed to do now.

Great appliance

Great space, simple design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older fridge, which had space limitations in an older house. This fridge fit the bill perfectly. It fit our space of course, but compared to other models from other manufacturers, it had by far the most space. It's simplistic, which fits our preference perfectly. We don't use filtered water or ice units in the doors, so that wasn't a factor. We're very happy with the purchase.

Storage Area Awesome in my new Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled with my new Frigidaire Refrigerator. Love the retro design of freezer door overhead. Ice maker installed easily by my plumber, and i can get just as much in freezer space as my old side by side. I love having the full deli drawer across full width of inside and The width and depth again for holiday casseroles and dinners storage.
I always missed not having the full width across in refrigerator part of the old double door. Door space bins are a dream and big enough to put gallon jugs in, easy to lift out, and freed inside storage space.
