Horrible!

Ice maker broken right when I got it. Had to fix few times. Also now my fridge and freezer are not cooling. just switched the compressor and still not working. I bought this less than 2 years ago. Stay away!

Poor Quality, Rapid Failure, Do Not Buy

Unit failed as soon as it was out of warranty (3.5 years). GE offered to sell me another one at half price, but local appliance people tell me they have had other units fail in similar ways. This is a totally unreasonable quality defect at this price point.

Don’t buy this refrigerator

I am very upset. I paid a lot of money for this refrigerator. After three years, the icemaker does not work any longer. I change the filter still doesn’t work. I wonder if someone from GE will respond back to me
Save your money don’t buy this refrigerator !
I wish I would’ve known this before. I paid so much money for this.
I actually give it zero stars..

Expensive junk

The shelves on the Doors break very easily. I would definitely not recommend this expensive item!

DO NOT BUY! RFID reader fails, cosing you hundreds

GE puts RFID readers in their fridge to stop people from using counterfeit water filters.
And when this RFID reader fails, it stops you from using genuine GE water filters.
This means you can't use YOUR fridge which you paid for to dispense WATER or ICE unless you pay them hundreds of dollars.

Purchased this refrigerator without seeing it in person. Was shipped to Hawaii, took some time but arrived and installed in perfect condition. Very quiet and looks great. Like the interior shelving and lighting.
