Loved Everything UNTIL ... :-(

We loved everything about this frig until we got it. The ice maker does not work efficiently and clogs up. (Fortunately we have an ice machine) The 2nd things is that it’s very annoying at night to not be able to see the controls... a light comes on above the word (which is written in black). And the most annoying is the “high pitch” sound that comes on when when the condenser comes on ... that started right after the warranty ran out on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much Better Than Old One

I have had the older model dated 2005. This new design is much better, the fridge is larger and the inside back of the fridge is flush so the bottom shelves are not shorter in depth, works much better. The look is much better and the WiFI is a very cool feature . Very happy with this model.

Holds temperature settings. SmartHQ app is helpful. Ice maker quit working after second cycle; about a week after installation. Service is scheduled.

Poor Quality and High Price

Had a problem within 2 months of operation, the icemaker is not working, had the tech come in, did not fix it right, came in again, did not have the part, waiting for the part to come in!!! What a joke.

Broken after 4 weeks

After only 6 weeks, the ice maker stopped working. They couldn't send a technician out to fix it for a week. He had to order parts. Someone came back 3 weeks later to fix it. After 24 hours we still didn't have any ice. Now the water dispenser is LEAKING and will randomly turn on for 2-3 seconds. Our hardwood floor is getting ruined. NO ONE has responded to our emails for help with getting the fridge replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shorter drawers & narrow freezer

I really like my refrigerator but the drawers are noticeably shorter than my other model that died after 11 years. I moved the thin drawer up to about waste height for meats & cheeses. The freezer is much narrower too. A frozen pizza just fits. That is disappointing because my freezer is usually packed. I don't know what the wifi is for, I'll never use that.

Looks nice doesn’t work

We purchased ours in May of 2020. We have had it replaced three times and had repair come out replace every working part. Still doesn’t work. Waiting on our fourth replacement refrigerator. Have gone 16 months without a functioning refrigerator.
