Great value for the price! Looks beautiful, operates quitely, has good capacity, and has a useful iOS app. Only complaint is that it doesn't make ice very fast

We bought this product for longevity with our new buid home. We have had the refrigerator for less than 5 years and it just stopped cooling and all of our food was thawing. The ice maker also stopped making ice. It had been making loud noise as others have mentioned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. It is nice and quiet and seems to be doing everything it is designed to do. The removal of the old and install of new went very smooth which was a relief since it is a built in.

No water, ice goes on floor, noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water does not work. Repairman coming in a week. Makes some noise. Off and on. Ice overshoot onto floor, have to put hand up to catch. All minor things, overall wonderful fridge

We had the GE Monogram 42 inch model from 2010. This GE Profile has a loud motor you can hear when it’s running all of the time. The icemaker is slower and isn’t as big. Weirdly, when ice is dispensed, it also dispenses some inside the freezer and have been finding cubes here and there. I do like the LED lighting. Can you tell me why we are unable to see the displayed temperature of the fridge and freezer? Overall it is fine, but not worth the thousands we paid for it.

Regarding the ice production of your icemaker. We recommend, having A greater food load in the freezer section as this allows temperatures to remain more stable. This is the largest looking small spaced fridge I have ever seen.
We have had it less than 15 months and now the motor is loud and the freezer doesn’t work?
