Installation needs work. Leveling hardware access is terrible. Need to add front hex nut drive to front legs like rear wheels as it is impossible to easily adjust them.

Freezer storage suboptimal

The good things are the bins, and the lighting in the refrigerator portion. Seems to have plenty of room, and everything is easy to reach.
The freezer compartment is a serious let-down from the 2009 model. The bins on the door are narrower than previously, and the curved front, though attractive gives the illusion of depth, but they are not. I could previously fit 3 boxes of frozen veggies in one of the door bins. Now, only 2. They are also narrower than previously. I used to be able to stand two boxes, on end, side-by side. No longer. Serious compromises were made in storage.
Pullouts in the freezer compartment also seem to be smaller.
So, even the cubic footage might be the same as previous models, the *functional* storage has taken a serious hit.
Very disappointed in the lack of storage in the freezer.
Functions are good. Ice and water dispensers appear to work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water dispenser freezes

Refrigerator installed by contractor during house renovation. First time we wanted to use the external water dispenser, it already got frozen and won’t work. Had to disconnect the fridge for few hours to get it to work. Happened again twice. Where is quality control?

Poor quality

GE Profile is living out of their old fame of quality products. This is no longer the case. Workmanship is the same than a much cheaper model. My refrigerator doors were bended, seals have been changed twice (in 4 months). Service takes an act of congress to show up (although they are good)
