Great refrigerator - only reason not rated a five is that when using the external water dispenser there seems to be always one drop that drips onto the plate below. Only one drop and it takes a few hours to make the one drop (beads up on the spigot). Retailer has offered to send a tech out if after a few months it still occurs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I REPLACED A GE MONOGRAM BUILT IN SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE AFTER 20 YEARS OF SERVICE WITH A BRAND NEW GE PROFILE BUILT IN SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE AMAZINGLY ENOUGH IT IS BASICALLY THE SAME FRIDGE WE HAD AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT ESPECIALLY WITH 20 YEAR MORE TECHNOLOGY IMPROVEMENT

This is the largest looking small spaced fridge I have ever seen.
We have had it less than 15 months and now the motor is loud and the freezer doesn’t work?
Water and ice lines are horrible as well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had the GE Monogram 42 inch model from 2010. This GE Profile has a loud motor you can hear when it’s running all of the time. The icemaker is slower and isn’t as big. Weirdly, when ice is dispensed, it also dispenses some inside the freezer and have been finding cubes here and there. I do like the LED lighting. Can you tell me why we are unable to see the displayed temperature of the fridge and freezer? Overall it is fine, but not worth the thousands we paid for it.

Regarding the ice production of your icemaker. We recommend, having A greater food load in the freezer section as this allows temperatures to remain more stable. To avoid ice overflow in your unit, make sure to turn off the icemaker when not in use by sliding the power switch to ON.
