New fridge: looks great, noisy water dispenser?

We just bought and installed this fridge. It fits in the 42" build out well and looks great overall. Our only complaint is that there is a high pitched noise every time we use the water dispenser. It seems like the pump is louder than any fridge i've had before

Our old GE Monogram 42 inch built in fridge was still working fine after 25 years (except for the ice dispenser) but we wanted a new stainless steel one. This one fit perfect, the electrical and water lines and cabinetry all fit perfectly without any modifications. Took only an hour for the installers to finish the installation. Works perfectly, is very quiet and we have zero complaints so far. Not as fancy and sleek as the Monogram but also less expensive. Hope it lasts another 25 years like the old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This fridge seems really noisy:( sounds almost like motor is stopping, starting and having issues. Brand new fridge!!

I had this exact same fridge for ten years. It had some design flaws that made me crazy. When we had to replace it, the same model was the best deal I could find. I decided I could live with the things that had driven me nuts in my old one because it was so much less expensive than the next one up in price from another brand. Lo and behold, all the design flaws are fixed! I really like this one and would happily buy it again.

So far this GE Product has worked flawlessly since it was installed on 01-30-2020. Nice design and finish. Only wish it had Wifi standard like. My GE ovens.
