Very pricey. Very few features.

Price of this refrigerator is in the $7000 range. For that kind of money you would think it would have some upgraded features. It does not. Examples, it should at least have a way to see the actual temperature of the fridge and freezer, but it doesn't (although the manual implies it does). The functions on the door panel do not backlight so in the dark or even low light you don't know what you are pressing until you press. I'm very disappointed in this product. But, all that said, it does seem to work ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible fridge poorly made

Terrible and poorly made. Edges are sharp. I had to sand down the plastic molding. Temperature control is poor. Water service is loud and slow.

Wonderful 42” refrigerator

I love my new Profile 42” built in refrigerator! It’s beautiful and the rounded shape of the water/ice dispenser makes it look unique. The LED lights are great - nothing hiding anymore! It replaced a 14 year old refrigerator - and how much has changed in that time. Smartly designed interior & exterior - it’s the best!

Great price. Ice maker/dispenser doesn't get clogged up like other models. Bought this to replace existing built-in that broke. Was a perfect fit and has worked great.

This GE built in Profile Refrigerator replaces a GE Monogram built in that was 17 years old. This new Profile seems so much bigger even though it fits in the same space. The shelves are bigger and the lighting inside is wonderful. The water and ice feature in the freezer door work wonderfully. A very good appliance.

We bought our new GE Profile after our old GE Profile died after 25 years of service! We love this new one because of the built-in feature which means that the fridge is not as deep as your regular refrigerator. It was exactly the same size as the old model so no alterations to our kitchen cabinets were required. We had the installers pull the old one out and pop the new one in! Because of the built in size the interior is also not as deep, therefore it's easy to reach and find items at the back of the unit. We love the clean stainless steel look but most of all we love the fact that now we have filtered water! The old GE Profile didn't have a built in filter.

It's hard for me to give lots of feedback, as the refrigerator was installed less than 24 hours ago. However, it has cooled down quickly, and I am still learning the new features .... love the water filter!
