Love the frig except it has already broken after 18 months. Have been out of a frig for over 3 weeks and now waiting for parts (fan) for another 2 weeks. Unacceptable for such an expensive appliance. Had subzero for 40 years and will spend the extra next time to get a subzero again.

There are several improvements that I really like in my new refrigerator. The lighting is so much better than the GE monogram I had before but the freezer side is not as bright as the fridge side. There is no butter garage in the door, the ice doesn't always go in to the glass(although II like the smaller cubes). This is the model that was available to me in the shortest amount of time so maybe I would have been happier with another monogram but I couldn't wait 6 months to replace my refrigerator! I also wish I could have paneled doors like before but the wait was much longer!
Overall, I like this refrigerator better than the sub=zero it replaced. The relative sizes of the refrigerator and freezer space work well for our family. My husband thinks the ice cubes are smaller than he would like them to be, and that the speed with which the ice is dispensed is more sluggish than he would like it to be. The LED interior lighting and auto-fill water function are great features, as is the adjustable-temperature produce drawer. I am very happy with this refrigerator..
It's much noisier than my old Monogram. The ice splashes everywhere and is slow to dispense, the auto feature for water stops at 2 ounces half of the time and you have to push at the exact right spot to get the water to come out. Very disappointed!

DO NOT BUY - We have had this fridge for 6 months and have had to toss out everything twice as a result of it not cooling. They replaced the door seals which look terrible and don't seal and the ice maker never works because the ice is constantly melting and then refreezing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking, with useful features. The water fill feature is great, and works like a champ for cups, glasses, and most importantly, the water basin for my espresso machine. look mom, no hands!
