Looks Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The guys showed up on time and installed it within an hour. They do come out in advance and measure the opening and make sure the power is in the right spot. I had to move my power up to the top of the fridge. Easy fix. They did want the dimensions a little smaller than the cabinets allowed for but when they installed it, the 48'' opening was perfect. The inside is well lit and spacious. Even the freezer side has more space than my old fridge. So far so good. I'll come back in a couple months with an update.

Brand New Refrigerator is too warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new refrigerator that came with our home is too warm to keep food from spoiling (maintains around 50 F). We have been waiting for the repair team to fix the issue but it has been 3 months so far without a resolution.

We want to help you with the temperatures for your refrigerator. The temperature controls are preset in the factory at 37 for the refrigerator compartment and 0 for the freezer compartment. This fridge has been in place for just a couple of weeks and we do expect to have many years of use from it. This is no small investment in either purchase or installation, this size appliance is the flagship of the company and is a significant thing to deliver and install, and as a built-in item, the exact dimensions of the exact location must be precise.
