Wonderful Refrigerator!!

So far so good. The temps are great. I was hoping to get a model without ice and water in the door but I got a great deal on this one. The water/ice in door takes up space in the freezer is my only complaint. But that doesn’t take away from how great it is. You can’t have everything. It’s Just personal preference. And it looks great and matches all my other cafe appliances beautifully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek and silent!

This is a beautiful refrigerator. I love how quiet it is and how seamlessly it is integrated into our home. The lighting in the inside is nice and bright. I am I little disappointed in the freezer size. The water dispenser takes up room in the freezer but overall, I good purchase.

We love the layout of the fridge interior and shelves. Great storage. The freezer seems a little less space than expected. The water dispenser, autofill, is a great feature.

Poor quality

Love the look and app connectivity. The app is actually how I know when it brakes down! I receive alerts that the temp is above 20 degrees in the freezer or 50 degrees on the fridge side. Currently broken a third time and waiting for repair after only two years of use.

Poor quality and frequent repairs.

We purchased and installed this product in November or 2020. The first thing I noticed was poorly aligned door panels. I was willing to accept this because, while this refrigerator was expensive, it’s at a lower price point than other built-ins. After one year, the refrigerator becomes quite loud and the evaporator fan freezes over. It’s now been four years and the evaporator fan has just been replaced for the third time. Believe all the other reviews you read, here and elsewhere. If you want a built in refrigerator, do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a better brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t. Just don’t.

Day 2 after installation and we’ve already had to request service since the motor is making a loud screeching noise. Another minor point, the panels are not well aligned, which just shows this thing was slapped together. I really regret not saving up some more money to just buy a Sub-Zero. Glad we got the extended warranty for this hunk of junk, it will clearly be needed.

Discounting water system

Refrigerator looks nice, not as big as I thought. The water dispenser is painfully slow and the water barely drips out. Had the plumber come out to check the water line and they said it’s the fridge. Very frustrating that we purposely went with a fridge with water, and it’s not functioning as expected.
