Hello - Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry the water dispenser keeps leaking and dripping. It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty by scheduling a service appointment with an authorized GE Appliance technician who can accurately diagnose and correct the issue. You can schedule an appointment online at: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm Or if you prefer to call, you can reach our scheduling department at 1-800-432-2737, Mon-Fri 7 am – 10 pm ET, Sat-Sun 8 am – 6 pm ET. We apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. Olga@Cafe
This frig is very sleek, well lit and very spacious. Happy there is no egg storage which is such a waste of space.

I had a 20 year old Profile version of this Refrigerator. This new one is basically the same one will led lights, different ice maker, auto water fill, water filter and network connection. They removed the butter dish (not sure why.) It is not very energy efficient. I can't get ice to dispense without some landing on the floor. I see no real use for the network connection, the functionality could easily be replace with a few indicators on the front. But I guess that's why, it is easer to bolt on the network app than update the old design. I seem to be suckered into this Refrigerator because the handle matches my new oven.

Hello,
We're truly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your refrigerator. We can certainly understand your disappointment and will be sure to share your feedback and concerns with the development team. If you need anything, we're always here to help! Mike@Cafe
The storage space is deceptively small -- we find it difficult to fit all our weekly groceries, there's always multiple piles of groceries stacked upon each other. Further aggravating us is the fact that the ice maker broke after two (2) months of use, and we had difficulty getting GE to service the unit.

Hi there,
We're so sorry to hear that your refrigerator does not have the space you need and that your ice maker broke and needed to be repaired. We certainly understand how both of those can be inconveniences. We'll be sure to pass this information back to our development team. Take care! Mike@Cafe
