Great features

I bought this 2 months ago and I am not happy it is very noise it drives me crazy with the hum had service come but nothing could be done
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow ice

Love the fridge except the time it takes to make ice. We often run out of ice. Love the auto fill water option and the inside of the unit.

Lots of room

Like there that there is lots of room. The finish is beautiful and easy to clean. Like that there's no door for the butter and eggs, just a compartment at the top of the door. And the auto water fill is just way cool to watch (and show off!). The stuff on the freezer side of the fridge doesn't get too cold, many side by sides have that problem so thank you for solving that! Things I don't like so much: placement of light in the back of the freezer - food covers it up and then it's dim trying to find things, ice comes out and hops over the glass if you're not careful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had the fridge for a month now and love it! We had some challenges getting it in the house because we don’t have super high ceilings. It would have been nice for the salesman to question ceiling height & to mention dolly height & install angles at the time of purchase, because it’s something that never crossed my mind! We almost had to return it, but luckily we got it into place.
It’s beautiful!! Love the water, cubed & crushed ice on the door. The temperature control drawer keeps veggies nice & fresh. Lots of space!
Only thing I had issues with was trying to arrange the door cubbies to make the best use of the space. The top one is almost useless as it has such a tiny access opening. It is challenging to find small items to place in it. Aside from that, we love it! Oh…& it is super quiet!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice maker doesn’t work

Bought a new home and the oven needed 3 different parts and the ice maker doesn’t work in the fridge. Not happy

We are sorry that the excitement of a new home was dampened by the oven needing three different parts and the ice maker not working properly in the refrigerator. We can certainly understand your frustration and displeasure.
There are several possible reasons why the ice maker may not be working - make sure the ice maker is set to ON. Also, piled up cubes in the storage bin can cause the ice maker to shut off; try leveling the cubes by hand. There could be ice cubes stuck in ice maker, in which case you can turn off the icemaker, remove the cubes, and then turn the ice maker back on.
