DO NOT BUY

poorly made appliance. fridge is 5 years old and the ice maker failed, the heater pan has been replaced twice and the cooling fan. would not recommend this appliance to anyone. save money and buy something more reputable.

Overall great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator with ample storage and extremely quiet when running. Very well lit with LEDs at every level. Very happy overall with this unit and I would definitely buy again. This unit weighs around 800lbs so plan on having the delivery people install it for you. We attempted to move this unit with 4 big burly guys and had zero success. Leave this one to the pros!

Terrible product for the price

The refridgerator was installed in April 2021. It functioned properly for about a month. After several service calls, Cafe replaced the refridgerator in January 2022, as it was clearly defective. Unfortunately, the same type of problems frequently occur in the replacement. Very loud operation. Ice maker malfunctions. Problems with keeping foods frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Troubleshooting tips regarding what to try if the refrigerator or freezer compartment is too warm, and what to try for an icemaker issue, are available on page 34. Among other tips, we recommend making sure the door is able to fully seal and there’s no issue with the water line.
