[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not real happy. It is noisy. I own 2 other kitchenaid dishwashers and opener for the door has cracked. Poor workmanship.

Dishwasher broke down in 14 months

I bought this dishwasher in September 2024 and it stopped working 14 months later. A service person diagnosed that the control board was faulty. When he came to install the replacement part, then the hose was faulty which would have put the repair cost above the total purchase price. When using live chat for assistance, no one responded until 45 minutes later. Really disappointed in the product and service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
