Really Good Buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about two months ago and love it. It is so quiet I can't even hear it run. I also love the 3rd rack! I would have given it an excellent rating except for two things. My large coffee mugs don't always get clear dry inside and my dishes (cups and bowls) don't fit very well in the racks. Otherwise it's about a thousand times better than my old one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing capacity, superbly clean dishes

It’s amazing how many dirty dishes accumulate from my family of 5. It’s even more amazing how many dishes this dishwasher holds. The 3rd rack is so useful being able to hold an array of highball glasses and coffee mugs. The middle row being able to accommodate the large 6qt stand mixer bowl is awesome. Then let’s talk about clean. My dishes come out superbly clean and dry when prodry is used. Might I dare admit that I don’t do any prerinse before loading

And the flexibility of the racks allows added storage for any size of dishes and we love the special knife rack!

It’s a lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used it 4 times and it broke down 5th time. Service man came out couldn’t figure it. Had to wait 3 weeks for parts and on the second service call it still wouldn’t work. Still waiting for more parts and service man to come a 3rd time . Machine is obviously a lemon but they will not replace it. Got the machine Jan 7 and here it is March 7 and I’m still washing dishes by hand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kitchen aid dishwssher Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to like, the third rack is fantastic. Adjustable height on the second rack, self cleaning filter, interior lighting and oh so quiet. I didn't know when I bought it that there was backlit words on the black handle letting you know when it's cleaning and when it's finished. We are very happy with this dishwasher in black chrome. It's really nice looking. Of course it cleans the dishes squeaky clean and drying is excellent. Worth every penny!
