[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a unit today, I used the pads only once for the whole day. They started falling off. I also agree with the plastic protection on the outside of the gel is very hard to get off. Just need to add some tabs for us to get it off. Maybe there should be an option of how much adhesive is on them. That way you can get normal or super sticky! But the feeling overall is amazing!! Glad I got the heated one! But please, soon get us an option for more sticky gel!

Really helps relieve pain !

I bought my omron electro therapy Heat Pain Pro PM311 over two years ago to relieve shoulder pain, and it really worked. I changed out the pads and loaned it to a friend to relieve arthritis pain in her joints. I've replaced the pads again, and my partner now uses it before bed to relieve pain in his elbow. The unit works as well today as when it was new 2 1/2 years ago.

I have been using these gel pads for a few years. The only thing that is difficult is removing the plastic layers prior to use.

I love these pads as this tens unit saves me many days. The pads do not last very long for me so I buy a lot of them.

Tins unit and gel pads
