Good thought, poor execution!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Heat Pain Pro is a good product in concept, but the main problem is the gel pads.The pads do not stick after several uses despite cleaning your skin before use. The next major issue is replacing the gel pads. They do not remove very easy, you really have to put a lot of effort into removing them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit but don't stick for very long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 days ago and I've already had to change out the gel pads twice. I'm following all the instructions: clean skin, etc... but they just stop sticking after a day's use. Very disappointing when compared to other Omron pads.

Unhappy, No Stickiness

Unfortunately, I bought several boxes of refills only to discover they have no stick to them and are useless. I haven't used my unit since receiving these because they won't stay on my skin. Yes, I did all the recommendations and suggestions to make sure I'm doing my part but this was a waste of quite a bit of money.

Needs improvement

Trying to get the plastic off the pads is almost impossible. I get the adhesive on my fingers some comes off the pads, thus making them not wear as well. You need to add an extra plastic piece/tab extending out from both sides for easy pealing!

These gels don't make good contact. They easily loosen up. I find I need to add a drop of electrode gel to them. There should be better contacts and perhaps a system where leads snap on as well. Disappointing.
