The Perfect Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found ourselves with a leaking refrigerator beyond repair. Our challenges included requiring “counter depth” with almost zero available anywhere. We really wanted a Whirlpool and just when we thought we were out of luck, there she was and delivered next day. It is space efficient and the bonus, it even gave us 3” an additional walkway space. It’s a win-win.

Exactly what I wanted after lots of research

Great Fit.

This fit the space very well. Glad we have it.

Surprisingly Efficient

This unit uses about only 1/3 the electricity of my old refrigerator (very close to the same size)! Also, unlike some others on the market, it is reasonable designed to be able to clean the inside without major deconstruction. Yes, I would recommend.

A bit temperamental

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for just one year - just long enough for it to no longer be under warranty (of course). It occasionally is very loud doing whatever refrigerators occasionally do? Make ice, maybe? But it's not the noise of ice loading in the bin. Also, after replacing the filter for the first time, the ice has been cloudy and deposits bits of something when it melts - you can see things floating in the water. I think the cold water is okay, but I had to use it for a long time after going through the process of initial flushing, etc., before the water was clear there, as well. I tried contacting Whirlpool about the filter to question this and no one ever responded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
