I bought this toaster simply based on the color. I LOVE TEAL! The fact it was a great toaster with extra features was a plus. LOL Unfortunately it was stolen and now I can't replace it because it's discontinued? I'm so disappointed. Do you have any clue how hard it is to find true teal appliances to make a kitchen pop? Color me sad.

Toasts only only on outsides of bread

I just bought this one month ago. I keep hoping it will toast correctly it brings the sides of bread then doesnt toast the center. I really wAnt to love this but mine just fuss to work.

Won’t work after 3 months

I bought this in November 2019 and started not staying down and heating after 2 months. Now it won’t stay down at all and is busted. We bought an Oster as a name brand to last. Our last generic toaster lasted 6 years.

Lousy Toaster Looks good

Bought this 3 weeks ago...looks good. Toast is burned on the edges, not toasted in the center. Must unplug & use a knife to remove "toast", as it is not lifted high enough...terrible product

Very disappointing

I’ve had this toaster for just a few months and the lever is already malfunctioning. Bagel toasting and frozen features were nice, but regular toasting was on just one side. Very disappointing! Still looks brand new, but pretty much worthless already.

Please try to perform the troubleshooting technique below.
If your toast is not toasting even, your toaster is in need of cleaning. Please see below cleaning steps:
After use and before cleaning, unplug the toaster power cord from the power outlet and wait for the toaster to cool.
1. Wipe the outside of the toaster with a damp cloth and then dry it with another cloth or paper towel. Do not use abrasive cleaners; they will damage the toaster's finish.
WARNING: Do not use any pointed or sharp articles for cleaning the inside of the toaster; this may damage the toaster.
2. Lightly tap the side of the toaster to dislodge any crumbs caught in the toast chamber. Remove the crumb tray and empty it. Wipe the tray clean with a damp cloth or place it in the top rack of your dishwasher for cleaning. Be certain to put the crumb tray back into the toaster before using the toaster again.
WARNING: Empty the crumb tray frequently. Crumbs will accumulate in the crumb tray and could catch fire if not emptied periodically. Wipe the non-stick surface on the top of the bread slots with a damp cloth and dry it with another cloth or paper towel.

Never had a poorer excuse for a toaster. This will is very good at burning bread or dehydrating it. So burnt or dry bread is all you get with this one. Wasted my money now going to go find a real toaster.
