This is so bad the stuff keeps falling into the sides and in the middle just awful

Got With The Purple

I needed a new toaster. Usually by a cheap one but could not resist the pretty purple. Mistake. It takes at least 5 tries to get the handle to stay down to toast the bread. Very disappointed as I have a couple of other Oster products and figured the toaster would be awesome....not. I gave it a 2 because it's pretty...but that doesn't cook the toast...

Not built to last, broken within two months.

Bought after Christmas, within a month the lever wouldn't stay down, I fixed that, now the frozen button is lit and the lever won't stay down. Very sad considering your little "Built to Last" bost.

1. Unplug toaster
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Plug the toaster back in

Loved the variety of colors but...

I would not recommend this product. It didn't cook very well/evenly to begin with but it worked. Had it for a month and two days and it has stopped locking into place to toast. We now have to hold it down to toast anything. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will be returning it.

I am not a stupid woman

I bought this toaster yesterday. unpacked it this morning to use, read directions for the life of me I could not find the crumb tray or how to remove it...went on line to figure it before I return the toaster to the store.......it was in a review that said "slide the crumb tray out" so back to the toaster I went....took me a little bit before I figured it out. It is so well designed that I missed it all together ( hubby miss it to). It now is being used to the first time to get the smell out of it....by the smell, maybe even a second time....I love the look of the toaster and will keep it......thank goodness I dont have to return, which I hate to do
I would recommend this to a friend!
