Excellent toaster!

Great toaster! I received this toaster as a sample and it toasted evenly throughout at different temperature settings. Stylish! Bagel function was extremely useful.

Pretty but not the greatest

Let me begin by saying the first use of f his toaster made my house smell like something burning for a good bit of the day. I always thought I would like a toaster that had a frozen button but I have changed my mind. When I used it for my frozen breakfast item it was cold after a couple of minutes. Retoasting on the lowest setting to heat back up came close to burning it, and I waited a few minutes between toasting. When I used it to make toast I had to put the bread on its side in order to toast the slice of bread. My cheap black friday toaster does a better job. DISCLAIMER: I received the Oster 2 - Slice Toaster as a sample to review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good toast!

Great little toaster! It toasts evenly and has settings for bagels and frozen items like waffles. It does tend to burn on higher settings, but we like lighter toast, so we only use the lower settings.
It takes up little space on my counter top and I really like the bit of sparkle in the finish.

Great toaster

I received the toaster as part of a survey. I was pleased by the features. The removable crumb tray allows for easy clean up and no burning smell from the toaster. I also like the adjustable rack. It conforms to the food allowing even toasting every time. The only thing I would improve is the lift feature. It raises the food higher to easily retrieve from the toaster. I wish that it would raise a little higher.

the oster toaster, while not feature rich does not lack in quality. even picking it up when empty feels sturdy and well made. The controls are simple(its a toaster after all) but it made my morning toast consistently brown the exact way I wanted it. Haven't used it enough yet to clean it, but it does appear to have an easy clean out "flap" on the bottom. Overall very pleased with it. 4 stars!

All Toasters Are Not The Same!

I, too, once thought that all toasters were essentially the same. Now I know this is not the case! Not only is this toaster really sharp looking (I got sleek metallic black but there are lots of fun colors available) but it's also got really great features.
My favorite feature is the "frozen" button. I usually freeze my bread items to keep them fresher longer but who has time in the morning to defrost then toast? When I put frozen stuff in my old toaster it would either burn it completely or not toast it at all. This toaster, on the other hand, had a frozen feature. Push the button if your item is frozen and it toasts it perfectly the first time every time. Yum.
Additionally, the toaster has a bagel button, cancel button, removable crumb tray for easy cleaning and a lift feature on the handle to help you get your food out of the toaster.
I love the fact that this toaster is so aesthetically pleasing but also fully functional and a great price point. I recommend this Oster toaster if you want to upgrade or purchase your first toaster.

Great good looking toaster

I loved this toaster. It's small enough to put a at if you need to. But also pretty enough to leave out in the counter. It works as expected. Plus love the defrost option. Comes in handy in the morning for breakfasts.

I will give this zoster toaster 5 stars. It is simple to use and I love how you can tell it you are cooking bagels or a frozen item. We love waffles in this house and this toaster cooks them to perfection. I would highly recommend this product and it is so worth it.
