This product was the absolutely worst smart watch technology that I have seen. There were far too many issues with the watch. The battery drained very quickly. The watch ran slowly. It glitched and repeatedly kept returning back to the lock screen after the pin was typed in. Text messages would not appear on the watch at all and phone calls did not appear either. I was very disappointed with the watch considering the price and it being a gift. Please look into enhancing the quality of this product.

I saw the watch loved the colors and when I received, I loved it even more...light weight, jazzy, good features...then the technology failed. I traded it in for another and again a technology failure. I returned it for a refund.

Battery Life is not good and screen blacks out.

After being charged to 100% within mins it's down to 79%. The screen blacks out after entering in your pin # which prompts the watch to ask for your pin # again not allowing you to access the watch at all. Terrible watch!!!

The empty box that I paid 200 for was wonderful. So wonderful that MK didn’t even want it back. They gave me my money back but didn’t even offer to send another one instead.
