doesnt work with an iphone!

The connectivity is lost several times a day-and I dont get notifications either. I was excited to get rid of my fitbit but this watch doesnt work with iphones. VERY disappointed.

I was so excited to purchase this watch and I fell in love with the color... Once I set it up I was very disappointed at the fact that it does NOT work with my iphone ! I went on google for help and answers then saw many reviews saying that it does NOT work with a iphone. Someone should change the description on all the watches as it is misleading... Not happy and will be returning my watch.

This watch is a waste of money, do not do it. The operating system is horrible, its the slowest thing I've ever used. i had to reset it THREE times to get to work, but if it goes out of range of your phone then it disconnects and you have to do it all over again. I bought another one of these for my boyfriend for his 30th birthday and don't even want to give it to him because of how horrible mine is. I am beyond disappointed! AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been emailing them and calling with no response. I spent a lot of money that I would like back to get my boyfriend a better gift.

I purchased this watch over a month ago and I absolutely love it! I had a Samsung watch and it's not nearly as comparable to the MK watch. The MK watch has way more features than the Samsung watch. And this watch works great with my android. I would definitely recommend this smartwatch.

For the first time charging, watch took couple of hours to charge completely. Once at 85% the battery started draining while still charging. Found out the time range to get the watch repaired would be around 2-3 months. Contacted customer service and was told there was no exchanges being made. In the end just decided to return the watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
