[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer several minutes ago. I like my of the features available. However, at times when th washer is spinning, a loud sound is heard from the machine and then calms down. Periodically, this happens which concerns me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Freakin Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes well, but it is also the second loudest appliance in my home behind the sweeper. I'm not able to run it at night because I can't sleep through all the different noises for each cycle, and it sounds like a jet trying to take off when it spins out. For the price tag, I would think sound dampeners would be utilized.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No power and lid locked

Bought this washer in 7/2020 along with the matching dryer.
I had Whirlpool washer previously and was happy with the quality of it.
Upgraded to this washer/dryer combination in 7/2020.
It's for normal family use. Yesterday the washer lid was locked with the clothes inside and the power did not turn on.
I expect a better quality product from Whirlpool and do not expect it to fail after less than 4 year.

Quit working

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE

Do NOT buy this washing machine! The load and go feature is a great idea in theory but not in real life. My clothes were not getting clean, it took a bit to realize the load and go dispenser was not dispensing detergent. My machine was barely a year old when I realized this. I was hoping the new technology would help me save water; not true. In fact I sometimes had to wash clothes twice because they weren't even wet after washing. The machine gets out of whack when washing sheets and it keeps filling up the tub with water to try to resolve the issue instead of going off balance and stopping to let you rearrange the sheets. I really regret this purchase and am deeply disappointed with Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes great. It leave the clothes almost dry. I like the washing modes.
It gave me an error code when I first used it. That scared me. I thought there was a problem from the installation. I simply turned it off and waited a few minutes and unplugged it.
When i restarted it a week ago It worked! It still does. No problems.
