Disappointed with no agitator

We changed from a Whirlpool front load to top with no agitator on the sales recommendation. We fine the machine tangles the clothes and vibrates excessively. It's balanced perfectly but still moves around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not so sure if I like this washer. First few times I used iet , it seemed ok. Now it dosent seem to spin the same way. I've had to respin and in some instances rinse again. The timer on my old Whirlpool broke so I had to purchase this one. My old one was purchased in 1999. Loved it. Never had a problem.

Awesome Washer with so many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer a couple of months ago and I love it. It has so many different features on it. I didn't realize how bad my old washer was. This one gets spots out of your clothes with ease. It works great for large or small loads. I can fit 2 loads of clothes compared to my old washer. I love how you can fit a large item, my king size cover, in the washer and it cleans great. I can't wait to get the dryer that matches. This is a purchase I am happy I made.
