Super capacity great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while to sort out what all the settings on this machine actually do
It’s not obvious and is not user friendly
The directions are not clear for the soap dispenser
The variety of instructions for what AMD how are often contradictory and do not cover all washing needs
I ignore all suggested settings and choose individual items every time
The washer does not drain and spin well like a normal washer would
I would expect water to be spun out no matter how fast a wash spins
There’s not enough water spun out on a less than the fastest spin and I often have to put on the optional drain and spin cycle
because the clothes are too wet
This could be alleviated by a little more spinning time?
Also when the machine spins enough to get water out sufficiently so I don’t have dry clothes for two hours, the clothes are SO spun out that the wrinkles barely come out from the spinning - and then only in the dryer
Normally I would be able to hang my clothes outside and wrinkles would dry out of them but the spinning is very harsh
It’s not the spinning that needs to be so fast - it’s the water suction plus the spinning that needs to be adjusted
I’m getting used to it
I love the super capacity
I had to figure out how to place the clothes so they don’t get completely tangled and mangled
The clothes get nicely clean too
One feature that I wish could be addressed is important on both the washer and dryer: a nice loud and very rude buzzer could be an option
For the end of cycle signal one must be right next to the washer to hear the nice little useless quiet whisper of a tinkling bell of a sound indicating the way or the dryer is finished
Who in earth thought of that?
Especially for the dryer - the signal needs to be loud enough to hear in the house so one may extract clothes before they wrinkled
And the same for the washer / yes, if one waits too long the wrinkles from spinning set into the fabrics and won’t come out in the dryer
Oh yes - the machines are quite loud compared to my Kenmore front loaders
I would recommend for the good features
I would not recommend or at least warn about the unsatisfactory features
Basically, I would suggest that you are trying to get too fancy and re-invent something that is after all very simple - the settings suggested don’t work well - leave it to the user
For that, at least I’m glad I can choose the features myself or I would have returned the machine right away and got something different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it so much. I am irritated by the fact that it tells me there is no detergent everytime I go to run it. I use laundry strips so I don’t use the cup. I wish I could turn this notification off. Also seems to me it doesn’t always fully dissolve the strips even though I rip them up sometimes there is whiteish deposit spots. I think it’s due to the fact that there isn’t a center agitator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does seem to clean clothes. However when agitating in the wash cycle it does not appear to cover the clothes with water all the way. Perhaps too much in the water saving mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love all the ways I can I customize my wash! And it’s super quiet! I literally cannot hear it unless I am standing in or next to laundry room.
Negatives are it’s a bit deep for my height, but drum rotates easily so I can reach everything keeping it all close to me so I can reach them. Does that make sense?
The button it has for prerinsing tho is top of tub on the left closest to where you stand. This, I frequently accidentally press when leaning in, causing clothes to get even wetter before dryer. I turn it off quickly so it really doesn’t make a difference, but is annoying. Would be better if it were placed away instead of close to front of washer. Plus I have a utility sink and don’t need it anyway. ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the washer because of the options that it gives me. I’m still a little confused as to how to regulate the auto dispensing laundry detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. Only issue is the remote enable on the app keeps going on/off on its own. Not sure why, I also have not dove into the issue yet. Quality seems to be very good. Very quiet, lid is very sturdy feeling when open/close. I dont care for the 3 sec hold on the start button to start a wash. Overall very happy with it.

So Far, So Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer about 3 weeks ago after our old Maytag washer stopped working in the spin cycle. This washer is amazing! It is the same width as our former washer, but deeper and can handle the larger loads or jeans and sweaters. There are multiple settings that have been so helpful with the spin cycle with bulkier items such as blankets and towels. We have not set up the load and go function yet since we use different detergent for towels and sheets than clothes; however, it seems like a super helpful function!
