[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer with the purchase of our new home. No research involved...sad to say. However, I am highly impressed with this washer! The functions all work well. I love that I can actually adjust the water level, not just rely on a preset water level.

I bought this a month ago to replace our older Whirlpool washer - I absolutely love it however my load and go % is still 100 and its enabled and I’m concerned it isn’t dispensing detergent- I have been unsuccessful in calling and getting someone to help me

Bad Drum Shocks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned Whirlpool products for all my adult life and never had problems, but after just six months the washer was leaking water. Repair tech said that the shock absorbers that balance drum were shot causing the drum to sink to the floor when running with clothes causing the water to spill over the drum.... Hopefully the replacement shocks take care of the problem and that it's not a design issue ..Glad it was still under warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and Dependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an LG which failed after only 5 years. I am hoping for more time on this one. Handles big loads like sheets and blankets with little vibration. I like the LOAD and GO, its seems to use less detergent than I would manually use and the clothes are still clean. I don't use the APP, seems targeted at the younger folks. There are plenty of options (Whites, Towels, etc) and the settings are remembered for next time.

Not as complicated as it looks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a couple months and I’m very satisfied. It’s huge and handles everything. There are many great features that you can choose to use or not. But they’re available if the need arises. Even with all the buttons and options, it’s pretty simple to use. I like the ability to add more water on a cycle if you choose to do so. These automatic fill washers often seem to need more water, and this machine gives you the ability to adjust when you feel it’s necessary. It’s quiet and cycles through the stages without any problems. I enjoy that I can fill with fabric softener and it’s added at the end automatically. I often forget. You can do the same for the detergent. I’m not sure about long term reliability. I guess I will have to wait and see. But so far this machine washes great, spins fantastically (shortening dry time), and gives me many options for my varying needs. This machine is so much better than my previous GE.
