Great Machine but need to carry parts

I love the machine but now its won't drain the water. We called a tech cant get a pump to repair Washer. Covid has too do with it. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly. Only so long you can do laudry at friends. The unit I purchased in January. So Not very old. I had an older one for 15 Yrs.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine a month ago, The features really are awesome, but really takes some time to learn. The washer I had before I bought in 1995, it went belly up in August 2021. The washer is sleek , modern and the technology is awesome. Its noisy but, so was my old washer. Would I recommend? The answer is yes.

Lots of great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 2 months ago and twice it has gone out of balance. You have to cancel the cycle so that you can open it up and rearrange the load. Happened today with a load of sheets. Had to throw in clean items just so I could finally get the cycle to finish. Very frustrating.

Saves money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has the self soap feature. You pour laundry soap in about once a week or so and it doles it out per load. This really saves us money, because each one in our family does his and her own laundry, and they were using too much or too little. This takes the guess work out. We have been buying less detergent. I really like the different washes it has. I can do my husband's work clothes on heavy duty and mine on delicate or cold wash. Also, the washer works better with heavy loads. When we load it too lightly it seems to get off balance more often. There are some features like delay time and connecting it to my phone I haven't used yet, but I am glad they are there. We are happy with our purchase.

Too many electronic features that fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for a little over one year and are not thrilled with the functionality. Without an agitator we find that many loads (of reasonable size) go off balance and require manual adjustment for the cycle to continue. About 4 months ago we started getting an error message about the load’n’go dispenser being empty when it wasn’t. We initiated a service ticket in early August to have this resolved and we are still awaiting a sensor that needs to be replaced - apparently will arrive next week. We often need to unplug and replay the unit to select a different cycle than the previous load. All in all - not satisfied with this expensive unit after barely one year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
