Better Instructions Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm trying my best to learn how this appliance works. The instructions are not detailed enough; I washed a couple of loads thinking that the detergent automatically dispenses, but that is not the case. I had to re-wash those loads becase the load and go was not enabled. The new technology is great just give better instructions on how to use it.

Washes clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer washes clothes just fine, which is the main point. I found the menu confusing - especially when it comes to bleach - and you have to memorize a bunch of icons or go through the menu every time you wash something. There's an 'on/off' for essentially every other thing on here, but nothing to tell it if you're using bleach or not. Also, I think it's ridiculous to pay a subscription to connect it to a service. I don't need to know if my washer is done on my phone, however since it's essentially a computer at this point - that's how it will get firmware updates so you basically have to enable the service when you get this to make sure its firmware is up-to-date. At some point, I won't have that service anymore and I wonder if it will still connect to my Wi Fi and update the firmware. Only time will tell. My wife is fairly short and has trouble reaching the bottom of this one, so if you're height challenged you might not want something like this.
We did try to wash a comforter in this, and it couldn't do it - which was part of the reason we bought one like this. It stopped mid-cycle and refused to do any more work, so we ended up having to pull the wet blanket out and bring it to a laundry mat.

Easy to Use and Tons of Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer when our old Maytag was ready to be put out to pasture. It seems to be doing a pretty solid job of washing stuff. It has a very large capacity and we've thrown a lot at it within the past couple weeks (tons of bedding and towels). So far it has handled everything like a champ. The delivery people set it up a little unbalanced, so I had to make sure all of the feet were dialed in and checked for level. Once you ensure it's level, it can handle those bulky loads with no problems.
I really like having the built-in faucet, but my favorite feature has to be the load and go detergent dispenser. We've only had to fill it twice since we got it. Not only does it save time, but it helps you be more efficient with your detergent. I tend to always overfill and waste a lot of detergent (even on small loads). Now I don't have to worry about that anymore.
Giving it 4 stars for now since it's still early days with it. I hope it holds up for the long haul. My only complaint is that the power button doesn't always respond when you think it should. It's like I have to push Start/Pause to cancel the previous cycle and then it will work. Very weird behavior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine four months ago and so far I am happy. It is a beautiful set and cleans well, and quiet. I do wish I had not gotten the deep tub. I should have went for front load. The tub is HUGE. I am 5'3" and I believe I can fit. One complaint - it does seem like there is not enough water to get the clothes clean and it is over working the motor. I have mine set for deep fill.

Doesn't Wash Clothing Well

DO NOT BUY. This washer gives off too many errors and constantly stops. The machine also doesn't wash the laundry well at all. leaves the clothing smelling like dog and doesn't wash with much water. We have requested Whirlpool to come out and fix it and they won't fix it they won't send anyone out unless they charge us. Horrible service DO NOT BUY!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
