Worst ever

Stay far far away from this model if you rely upon a washing machine daily for your family. Second time drain pump went with error code. Machine locks and can’t even retrieve garments when this happens Beware of BAD DRAIN PUMPS. Stick with simplicity! next time I will!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in a pinch and needed a washing machine ASAP when ours died. We picked this one because it would arrived the quickest and had the largest capacity. So far it seems to be doing a good job. It has wifi capability, but we can't really figure that all the way out just yet. It has a ton of settings and so far we like it but are still trying to learn any tips and tricks.

Dead on Arrival not once but twice!

I bought this washer and so far two separate machines have been delivered and both have been defective at time of delivery with half of the suspension rods not attached and damaged, and the tub hanging down on an angle and grinding against the outer casing while turning. 1 defective machine I can understand but 2???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely the worst purchase I have made 😩

Purchased the set less than a month ago. Have already had to have both serviced twice already. Fan was broken, making noises so loud the neighbors can hear. Error messages pop up with every cycle and can’t even balance a small load. Absolutely the worst product for the high price tag!

Just take your laundry to the rocks in the river!

Worst washing machine I have EVER PURCHASED. The enormous drum is useless as even when the deepest water setting is used and the drum is filled halfway with laundry, not everything gets wet. This machine uses so LITTLE water, that I run most loads twice. The washing. cycles are insanely long - an hour and 20 minutes up to over 4 hours. if you ever try the silly app to start laundry while you're away, you'll. more than. likely come. home to a machine that's off balance. I almost always have to stop the machine to rearrange the load. My machine has been serviced 4 times in. 2 years. It now doesn't recognize the detergent dispenser. I'm not. putting another penny into this piece of JUNK. When it dies. - hopefully soon - I'm. buying Speed Queens. Even at a close out price, you are throwing away your money. What happened to you, Whirlpool???

Absolute garbage! Bacteria builds up somewhere in this thing and you can't get the smell out. Takes forever to get cloths clean.
