Unbalanced load almost every time

I wanted to love this washer, but for some reason the loads get unbalanced and the wash cycle fails. This happens no matter what I do. You also can’t pause the cycle to redistribute because the door won’t unlock. I’m beyond frustrated. This isn’t a cheap unit, and somehow it constantly fails to do a simple load of laundry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The circuit board is bad

This machine only lasted for under 3 years. The circuit board is dead and my clothes are still stuck inside because the lid was locked when the board died. I've read this problem is common, and I will never buy this brand again.

Nice but .......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had front-loading washers and have always hated the smell or mold that seems to come from the rubber seal and that's why I decided to give a top loader a try. It really is nice but the machine itself is pretty loud. Crazy enough, as I was reading tons of reviews not one mentioned this. I thought something was wrong with my machine but after Google searching I found out that top loaders are notorious for being louder. My bad. Guess I should have researched better. The other thing that can be awkward is getting to the bottom of the drum to grab that last sock can be difficult. I am 5' 5" and I have to stand on my tippy toes and really reach. Any shorter and I'd need a step stool and then hope I didn't fall in.
