Terrible purchase!!! Buyer Beware!

a bed comforter. You keep getting a rebalance load message, but it still doesn’t work after you rebalance load. The washer is making a clicking sound. I made an appointment with a service tech. He was a “no show”! A very expensive mistake to purchase.

Not what we expected

Efforts to get clarification was very confusing a special tetergentficult. Eventually able to learn that touted feature "load and go" required a special detergent that we were unfamiliar with. Had then been made clear before we made this purchase we probably not have selected this washer.

Good Product with issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday the machine goes offline. I have to go unplug the machine to put it online again. I emailed about this issue and never got an answer back. Other than that, the machine is a great buy. The spinning on this machine is unbelievable

Unbalances constantly

We bought this on 3 22 22. The balance issue was immediate. It washes great for 5 loads, then for the next 2 to 3 unbalances despite being loaded the very same way. The water and electric costs are high. We are in our late 60s and have had many machines before. This is a new experience for us. I will never buy Whirlpool again. Made in USA? Big deal.

Washer! unsure if it was good purchase

I bought this washer one week ago, it just got delivered and installed Friday. Was behind on laundry since our old machine played out. This machine looks great. My issue is we filled the load and go and appears that no soap is even being dispensed. The clothes do not even smell clean. We are using HE detergent. I watched an entire cycle to make sure that I see soap being added during the cycle and I don’t.

CIRCUIT BOARD WENT OUT & UNBALANCED LOADS ANY SIZE

Whirlpool has always been our go to brand, bought this model expecting it to last more than 2 years!!! Really Whirlpool?? Puchased October 2020 and circuit board just went out on us in middle of a load, dead on 3/25/2023.........2 years and 4 months, so frustrating door lock jammed would not unlock with wet clothes, no matter size of load would always get unbalanced even though I carefully placed clothes in. Very disatisfied and not sure I trust this brand anymore...........
