The concept is super cool and the metal components are sturdy, but I'm in the "my band broke too soon club." I've bought 2 of these. The first time, I blamed myself for loading it up with too many cards. The 2nd time...I just don't know.

I love this wallet

I purchased my wallet from my local 5.11 store and from day one I was in love. After about 6 months of use the original band broke. I contacted customer support and they sent out replacements without question. I will continue to use the variety of nite ize products.

I absolutely love this wallet. I too had the issue with the torn band (after 2 years of use). Called customer service and they sent me two bands to replace the torn one. Fantastic customer service. Don’t let a small inconvenience keep you from buying this product. The company will make it right. Buying 2 more for my envious friends.

Torn webbing

I bought this three weeks ago and it already broke. I had one the lasted over two years and didn't rip but someone stole it from me so I had to get a new one. If there is anyway you could contact me to get more rubber bands that would be greatly appreciated.

Amazing but the band broke

bought this around a year ago and i love it. But eventually the band broke maybe from the wear and tear. I hoped i could get the most of out of it but apparently not.

Loved it but bad band design

I have had mine for three weeks with only 4 cards in it and my band is already breaking!! If you get one I recommend using something other than the rubber band that comes with it.
