Design flaw

I just got this for Xmas. I loaded up my credit cards and cash around 1/7. The rubber strap that holds the whole thing together began tearing 1/17. Now it is completely non-functional. I though it would wear out, but I thought that I could get 12 months out of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have replacement bands that we would be happy to send you but since this failed so quickly, I wonder if the milling where around the notches are not smooth enough. In this case, we would be happy to replace the wallet and send you some extra replacement bands. Great Product and Even Better Follow Through!!!

I had the first generation single plate multi-tool and wallet and loved it until the band broke, so I wen and got the new version with 2 plates and stronger band. Alas that new band broke after about a year, but after reading reviews, I realized that Nite Ize really wants to make things right. I called them and they sent me a new one with NO questions asked. So Great!!! Thank You Nite Ize. I am definitely a Fan!!!

My wife bought this as a Christmas stocking stuffer. She was tired of me always losing my cards. This product was awesome! The only thing is that the band is way too flimsy to be paired with a rugged tool. This is a dumb problem to have, please think about upgrading your materials or at least provide a second one for the inevitable break. Outside of that I’m very happy with your product.

Love it so much I bought two for my brothers

I purchased 2 of these about 4 years ago before I learned of NITEIZE’s amazing customer service. The band kept busting so I’d just use one of there twist ties. I know! I’m nuts. Along the way I’d lose a side and bought another one. Anyway, fast forward to last year and customer service has replaced the bands religiously. I don’t pack it thick and only carry what I need for the day. I wish I would have kept a photo of the stock pile of broken bands. Not because I’m a hoarder but because I found them in my NITEIZE STOCK PILE. I don’t care about the band. It’s a pain but the positives that wallet

and continue supporting these folks. I’m pretty sure I gave the other one away since It wasn’t in my NITEIZE jar.

Airport Security!

On 20th October 2017 Manchester Airport Security confiscated my FINANCIAL TOOL® MULTI TOOL WALLET which I carried with me every day. The Jobsworth told me I could take a door off with it which was an amazing endorsement of it. He did return the elastic to me which I continue to use. I'd already carried the tool through airport security 6 times this year.
Pros: Durable, Easy To Store, Easy to Use, Lightweight
Cons: Security Risk

Nice but......

Love this, however less than three weeks of carrying it, the little rubber strap started to break, so I quit carrying it as it would soon be useless and I didn't wanna lose any of my cards, cash or info. If only a stronger, heavy duty strap were used this would be great! Sadly I could not recommend this to any of my friends strictly because of the rubber strap!

Worked for about a year

First off I've been a fan of this product since the original wallet came out. I hold roughly 6 cards within the tool wallet and no cash. Now over the past year I've used the wallet the same as I did before with the original. The upgraded band has helped a little more compared to the old one and lasted about 7 months before the band started to break slowly one by one. Currently down to the three remaining band tensions before its completely useless. I would still recommend the product and have bought a total of 9 thus far for friends and family. I'd highly recommend looking into a stronger material for the band if possible.

My bestie gave me this. Two months later, I was sitting in Mexico at the pool and my daughter bemoaned the need for nail polish remover. I surprised here with the Multi-Tool Wallet which she quickly took in to action to easily remove all nail polish from all ten nails. It happened to be white nail polish and also happened to be Christmas Day. A Christmas Miracle - snow in December in Cabo San Lucas. Beyond, this stress reducing 8th function, we also identified the ability to grate cheese. 9 in 1 tool. #LivingTheGoodLife
p.s. my buddy who gifted it to me, is a tool, so technically 10 in 1!
